Join Grazia, founder of Grazia’s Baking, for an inspiring hands-on workshop designed for curious beginners. In this class, you’ll meet Grannie — Grazia’s beloved Lievito Madre, a traditional Italian-style sourdough starter — and learn the differences between liquid and stiff versions.
Together, we’ll explore a beginner-friendly, no-knead method that fits perfectly into a home baking routine. You’ll also gain insight into the world of flours: how to choose the right grain, why it matters for fermentation, and what makes sourdough a more sustainable way to bake.
