Master Sourdough in a Cozy, Hands-On Home Kitchen Experience
Sourdough baking takes over 24 hours—making traditional classes frustrating because you leave before the most crucial steps happen. In this intimate home workshop, we "Bake Backwards" to solve that exact problem.
You will start by scoring and baking a perfectly proofed loaf right when you arrive, then wind back the clock to master stretching, folding, and mixing. You will leave with 100% confidence to repeat the process at home!
✨ The Cozy At-Home Experience This isn't a stiff commercial kitchen school. This is an intimate gathering of just 6 passionate people in my private kitchen. Together, we will share stories, ask questions, and enjoy a warm, slow afternoon. While our bread bakes, we will gather around the table to enjoy light refreshments, Italian snacks, and chat about all things fermentation.
