Il Pranzo di Natale with Italy Beyond the Plate

Spend the Sunday before Christmas the way Italian families do: cooking together all morning, then sitting down to a long lunch. Not a festive menu to watch being made, but a pranzo you build with your own hands.

Step by step we show you the techniques that belong to every Italian celebration meal: shaping and filling a bread, rolling pasta by hand, and stuffing and rolling meat. The two of us cook alongside you, in a small group, telling you where each recipe comes from — from Cilento, from Basilicata, from Puglia.

The course is open to everyone and no experience is needed. You are very welcome to come with friends, family or colleagues.
