At Basma & Grazia, mezze is not just food — it’s a tradition of gathering, sharing, and cooking across memory and place.

This is not a typical cooking class. On December 5th, we invite you to join us for an evening of exploring mezze and looking into the stories behind the dishes. How they were born out of generosity that reflects the spirit of our cooking atelier: authentic, welcoming, and rooted in the Mediterranean.

Together, we’ll explore the world of Palestinian mezze with delicate Italian touches. We’ll begin by preparing pita bread from scratch — soft, blistered, and made to be shared. Then we’ll craft a curated selection of seasonal small plates: dips, salads, herbs, and vegetables layered with flavor and memory.

Throughout the experience, we’ll share the stories that shaped these foods — from the olive groves of Palestine to the coastal kitchens of Naples.
