About the event
Flatbreads are among humanity’s oldest foods — simple, versatile, and central to the culinary traditions of the Middle East and India. Traditionally baked on hot stones and open fires, they have long served as both food and a way to share meals together.
In this hands-on workshop led by Grazia's Baking, you’ll learn to make fragrant naan, crispy lahmacun, and pillowy pita from scratch. You’ll explore the role of pre-fermentation in developing flavour and texture, while practising the shaping and flattening techniques that give each flatbread its authentic character.
During the break, enjoy a selection of Middle Eastern and Indian mezze and spreads alongside your freshly baked breads.
All ingredients and course materials are provided (in English and German). Suitable for all levels.
